Job Summary
You'll join a growing Talent Acquisition team that is laser-focused on driving smart, fast hiring across the organization. We are dedicated to building & refining the recruiting function within CommerceHub while simultaneously tackling the daily tasks associated to shepherd managers & candidates through the recruiting process to timely & improved hiring outcomes.
- You understand the importance of supporting our rapid growth through engaging with talent & facilitating timely hiring decisions.
- You're a self-starter with strong ownership skills, willing to go above & beyond the job description, thrives in a fast-moving startup environment.
- Your customer service approach is equally balanced with the ability to support an efficient process & work with stakeholders to meet deadlines.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of overall work experience, with 2+ years in recruiting, human resources, scheduling, project management or operations & events coordination.
- Excellent oral & written communication skills
- Highly organized & detail oriented, process driven
- Skilled in Problem solving, project management, & time management
- Demonstrated ability to independently identify, test & implement process improvements & efficiencies
- Proficient in MS Office
- Proactive follow up
- Able to manage multiple moving parts simultaneously
- Ability to manage competing priorities
- Flexibility & adaptability to recalibrate & meet business demands
- Comfortable working with ambiguity
- Team player, able to interact positively with a variety of other departments & colleagues
- Shows tact & poise under pressure
- Delivers exceptional candidate experience
Desired experience not required
- Talent systems administration, implementation, optimization or reporting
- Greenhouse Recruiting and/or Onboarding
- High volume interview scheduling for complex interview plans
- Experience with application reviews & pipeline management
- Interest in developing recruiting or sourcing skills
