About the Role:  

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative for the Southern Europe territory to support our regional Account Managers. This role will contribute to the development & pipeline growth for government & commercial accounts by conducting thoughtful & creative outreach to a range of key stakeholders in order to generate new revenue.
This role is located in our Berlin office or remote in the UK.

Impact Youll Own:

  • Drive & assist discovery conversations during the introductory phase of the sales motion, uncovering each stakeholder's set of business needs, use cases, technical requirements, & purchasing process
  • Utilize business & industry knowledge to research accounts (i.e., ZoomInfo, Hunter.io), identify key stakeholders & generate interest
  • Develop sequence strategies for multiple stakeholders to engage across various channels, including phone, email & social media

What You Bring:

  • Experience prospecting a complex technical product or service to commercial & government accounts in Southern Europe
  • Demonstrated ability to learn complex topics & translate them into effective messaging & business outcomes for targeted campaigns
  • Great enthusiasm for speaking to new prospects about Planets value proposition
  • A desire to succeed in the role, grow your career at Planet, & support the regional Account Executives
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English & Spanish a must

What Makes You Stand Out:

  • Domain expertise in GEOINT, satellite imaging, or remote imaging. Previous vertical experience in: agriculture, CPG, Energy, or state & local government a plus
  • Experience prospecting or selling into high value & government accounts
  • Understanding of Command of the message, leading discovery calls & identifying pain in a methodical way
  • Knowledge of Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Groove & email automation tools a plus
