What the role is
The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will join the Talent Acquisition team to help scale a high-volume candidate sourcing strategy while owning the process for coordinating interviews with internal stakeholders, & the communication efforts that create a thoughtful candidate experience. This will be rooted in thoughtful & iterative processes that help Drizly exemplify our core values from the moment candidates consider us.
