Are you a natural storyteller & builder of brands - passionate about Pelotons mission, & excited to bring it to new audiences? Peloton Commercial will be a critical driver of growth for the company over the next few years, as we bring the magic of the Peloton experience to members across the hospitality, residential, education, community wellness & commercial fitness verticals. Peloton is on the hunt for a Marketing Manager to design, develop & implement a sales enablement & content strategy for Pelotons Commercial business, engaging members with relevant, differentiated & measurable content across their entire lifecycle. This is a unique opportunity to translate the Peloton brand & bring it to life in a way thats relevant & compelling for business buyers. The ideal candidate will have B2B or B2C content strategy and/or content marketing experience & be excited about the opportunity to build the Peloton brand from the ground up in the commercial space.


  • Collaborate with the Editorial team to develop a multichannel B2B content strategy (across paid, earned & owned, including social) for all priority segments
  • Own the Commercial editorial calendar & collaborate with the editorial, copy & channel teams to develop, distribute & measure performance of content.
  • Own annual & quarterly comms planning framework for the Commercial brand
  •  Collaborate with new business & sales teams to articulate the Peloton Commercial value proposition & bring it to life through impactful sales materials, including pitch decks, one pagers, landing pages & sales training materials.
  • Coordinate with consumer marketing teams to source inputs for commercial content (e.g., Member stories) & find opportunities to distribute Commercial content through consumer channels as applicable (e.g., social, web)
  • Develop thought leadership strategy & commission pieces that establish Peloton Commercial as a thought leader in priority verticals (hospitality, residential real estate)
  • Advise on localization efforts of sales enablement & content in global regions/languages
  • Coordinate with global teams in EMEA region to ensure content is relevant/adaptable to global markets
  • Support broader go-to-market activities of the Peloton Commercial Marketing team, including product launches, vertical campaigns, & pilot programs


  • 4+ years of experience in marketing ideally with a focus on content strategy or content marketing in a B2B and/or B2C environment
  • Hospitality, real estate, fitness or customer-experience driven industry focus is ideal but not required
  • Experience leading marketing efforts from strategy development to in-market execution
  • Demonstrated ability to succeed in a highly cross-functional environment & influence key partners & leaders to get work done quickly
  • Ability to create, adapt, & formalize complex processes in simple ways
  • Willingness to grow skills across B2B, B2C & B2B2C
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment where flexibility & adaptability are key
  • Culture-contributor with a desire to build a strong team
