Change.org is searching for a Technical Recruiter or Senior Technical Recruiter to own end-to-end talent processes for our hiring teams. This is a 6 month fixed-term contract role working in-house & embedded in our talent team.
We're a social impact business (a public benefit company), & the largest tech platform focused on civic action in the world with 80m monthly users, 50,000 campaigns launched on the site every month, 150 staff, & a new revenue model that has grown by 500% in 2 years. We're growing quickly, & our users win campaigns for change once every hour. From strengthening hate crime legislation in South Africa; fighting corruption in Indonesia, Italy, & Brazil; to fighting violence against women in India.
We are looking for a Technical Recruiter who is great at finding, attracting & hiring high performing candidates at scale & has a passion for expanding our platform to mobilize hundreds of millions of people to take deeper civic action.
You will report to our Senior Director of Talent who is based in San Francisco. As a key member of our Recruiting team, you'll own, from role inception to close, an efficient hiring process that consists of sourcing a diverse candidate pool, evaluating early stage candidates, coordinating with hiring teams & delivering offers to top talent.
