The Client Protection Operations team lives within Wealthsimple's Trust Organization. Wealthsimple's Trust Organization encompasses both engineering & operational aspects of security, privacy, & fraud. The mission & purpose of the Trust Organization is - building / preserving client trust & protecting Wealthsimple.
About the role
The Client Protection Operations Analyst will be responsible for evaluating incidents of suspected fraud committed against Wealthsimple & its customers & make recommendations about future measures. They will undertake investigations that are often complex & require excellent interview & other communication skills, as well as the ability to build effective partnerships with internal & external stakeholders.
