About the Opportunity

We provide users & their leaders with real-time customer feedback, quality insights, & coaching opportunities to guide performance improvement.

Product Managers at Stella Connect inspire & lead the company to build & deliver products that our customers will use & love. We are looking for a Product Manager who can put on a CEO & user discovery hat to help identify how our users are getting value from the current product & how we need to evolve to solve the unique pains of the retail environment. This product manager will spend significant time with users in retail environments to learn, validate theories through hypotheses & experiments, & work with our designers & engineers to develop a world-class product.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of different user roles amongst our retail partners
  • Be a critical voice in developing the product roadmap for Stella Connect
  • Prioritize product roadmap & develop wireframes & product specifications for impactful features
  • Work closely with engineers to guide feature development, including preparing user stories, validating features before launch & tracking progress of in-flight projects
  • Collaborate with client services & sales, taking in what they are hearing from customers & prospects, & providing back product insights & training on the latest features
  • Measure & report on the outcome of feature launches


  • Deep understanding & empathy for users
  • 3+ years of product management experience
  • Shipped successful enterprise products
  • Ability to switch between thinking creatively & analytically
  • Comfortable working in a culture of high ownership & high expectations
  • Experience in SaaS, retail, or as an entrepreneur a plus
