The Sales Intelligence solution team is looking for a world-class & highly motivated professional to join our team & accelerate the velocity of our Sales Intelligence product adoption in North America You will thrive at the intersection of product, go-to-market & marketing to drive adoption, optimize customer engagement, drive business growth, & align product development with market needs. You will support Similarwebs Sales Intelligence product, a solution trusted by thousands of sales professionals who leverage Similarweb's unique data sets to find leads, book more meetings, close bigger deals, retain & grow accounts, & increase sales efficiency.

As a Product Specialist, you will be the subject matter expert of the Sales Intelligence solution in North America, both internally & externally, & will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the local Go-to-Market teams: As the subject matter expert, you will partner with the local GTM teams, developing & executing strategic initiatives including ongoing internal training, TAM analysis, presale / postsale activities, etc., in order to facilitate their success & the product business growth in the region.
  • Product Enablement (internally & externally): You will conduct in-depth product demonstrations, workshops, webinars, & training. You will also design & deliver programs that educate & drive product engagement that ensure our GTM teams are up to date on Sales Intelligence & our clients are maximizing the value of our platform & data. 
  • Voice of the Customer: You will be the bridge between the customers & the Product teams by gathering qualitative & quantitative user insights, translating customer feedback into actionable product improvements, helping to refine GTM strategy, & shaping our short & long-term product roadmap.
  • Market Analysis & Competitive Landscape: You will conduct ongoing analysis of the North American Sales Intelligence market trends, competitor offerings, & new releases, to provide constant expertise to our teams through materials creation & dedicated sessions.
  • Performance Tracking & Optimization: You will collaborate with your team leader to analyze & measure the success of sales initiatives, identify bottlenecks, & recommend strategic adjustments to optimize performance.

This is the perfect job for someone who has:

  • 5+ years of experience in solution consulting, technical sales/solution engineering, or similar roles in the B2B SaaS world.
  • Preferred: Experience in the Sales Intelligence space or related industries
  • Strong skills in business analytics solutions, CRM, (experience with Salesforce/Hubspot/Dynamics required)
  • Proven track record of taking a new service or product & working cross-functionally & hands-on to drive significant business growth. 
  • Data-driven with a strong analytical background
  • Strong presentation skills and  excels in building relationships with customers 
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally & influence without direct authority
  • A positive, collaborative attitude with a customer-focused mindset
  • Motivated self-starter that requires little direction & thrives working in a fast-paced environment
  • Hands-on state of mind -  a must!
