FanDuel is looking for a Marketing Associate to help drive our customer retention & marketing initiatives. You will play a key role supporting FanDuels retention programs. You will gain exposure to multiple brand verticals including but not limited to Fantasy Sports, Sportsbook, Casino & Racing, in addition to the product & engineering teams. This is an exciting opportunity to help elevate revenue driving marketing initiatives at a premier gaming company.

Everyone on our team has a part to play

  • Work with the Marketing Manager on setting the direction of key CRM programs, using data driven insights & a strong understanding of business priorities
  • Execute the full lifecycle of key CRM campaigns across email, mobile, onsite, & paid channels
  • Responsible for execution, creation, email coding, campaign setup, QA, deployment, & reporting for specific marketing campaign
  • Constantly optimize our programs, looking for opportunities to improve reach & deliverability, optimize channel strategy, & improve operational efficiency
  • Become a systems expert, cultivating extensive knowledge of our marketing tech systems
  • Cultivate extensive knowledge of our segmentation strategy
  • Provide reporting on platform metrics & campaign effectiveness
  • Collaborate with other team members to plan & manage the marketing calendar
  • Mentor Junior team members


What were looking for in our next teammate

  • 2-4+ years of experience in email and/or mobile marketing, with experience creating & managing campaigns from start to finish preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Strong understanding of HTML & CSS
  • You have used at least one email service provider (experience with Braze & Movable Ink strongly preferred)
  • Strong grasp of Email Marketing metrics
  • Comfortable with querying & logic (SQL knowledge a plus)
  • Has a positive attitude & loves opportunities to collaborate with others
  • Strong organizational skills & effective at project management
  • Knowledge of Photoshop preferred
  • An avid sports & gaming fan, & have played FanDuel or competitive products
  • Willing to work nontraditional hours, including weekends & evening shifts
