As an Accountants Partnerships Manager, your role will be to take care of our partner accountants by onboarding them perfectly, developing their economic potential, & making them love Qonto even more. Hundred accounting firms are already our partners & rely on Qonto every month to save time with their clients. Thousands of them are our potential future partners!
You will directly report to
Germain, our Director of Partnerships, & will work closely with the Growth (
Arthur, our Accounting Ecosystem Expert), Strategic Projects & Product teams.
As an Accountants Partnerships Manager at Qonto, you will
• Define & execute the roadmap of Partnership Development & Account Management to become the Standard with our partners' accounting firms.
• Onboard all accountants perfectly & make sure they use & understand all the Qonto's value both for them & their clients.
• Develop strong relationships with our accountants' partners by organizing & participating in dedicated special events.
• Support our partners in the implementation of defined marketing supports & actions.
• Centralise feedback & improvement requests to enable the product team to know their needs & prioritise them.

About You
• Customer-oriented: at least 2 years experience in a similar role and/or in a Key Account Manager or Sales position.
• Mastery: You like to optimize internal processes to respond better & reactively to our customers.
• Teamwork: You enjoy collaborating with multiple stakeholders in full autonomy & within a hypergrowth context.
• Partners-centric: You know how to anticipate partners' needs, offer outstanding onboarding, bring relevant solutions, & build long-term relationships with your partners.
• Tools: You have already used a CRM (Salesforce would be a plus).
• Nice to have: You have a first experience in the french or European accounting ecosystem (an accounting firm, an accounting tool, etc.).
• Languages: You are fluent in French & English.
