About The Team:
We are looking for an experienced Engineering Supervisor to lead a team of five, including Automation, Reliability, & Junior Engineers, at our new semi-automated meal kit distribution center. You will ensure smooth operations, optimize efficiency, & maintain equipment reliability during your shift.
What You Will Be Doing:
Monitor, fault find, repair systems, & perform preventive maintenance on automation, robotics, & control panels to ensure equipment availability. Document work in CMMS & ticketing systems
Troubleshoot equipment issues, support junior technicians, & escalate to leadership or vendors when needed
Mentor & develop the maintenance team in advanced automation, controls, & robotics while managing team performance, training, and development
Ensure compliance with Food Safety & Health & Safety standards, report incidents, & lead root cause analysis for downtime events
Audit vendor work, provide feedback on SLA performance, & standardize PMs across the network
Participate in ad hoc projects & undertake other role-related duties as required
Who You Are:
NVQ Level 3 in Electrical or Mechanical Training
Proven experience with material handling, flow visualization, & monitoring
Proficient in diagnosing PLC-controlled automation in production environments
Expertise in PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, including programming, troubleshooting, & maintenance
Advanced computer skills & ability to interpret technical drawings & schematics
Relevant leadership experience
Strong understanding of PLCs & automated processes; Dematic experience (SL2 sorter, DMS shuttle systems) preferred

Working Schedule: Sun - Wed 6pm-6am (night shift) / Wed - Sat 6pm-6am (night shift)
