Peloton is seeking an internal communications coordinator to help craft & implement communications that support overall strategic priorities, drive employee engagement & retention, & provide global employees with context & insights about the business, brand & culture.

The ideal candidate will be a savvy communicator, strong collaborator, & possess excellent organizational skills as well as the ability to balance many projects at once. The role will support Pelotons internal communications leaders in building, maintaining & implementing communications strategies across various channels. The ideal candidate will have outstanding writing & editing skills, be able to function well in a fast-paced environment & work well with cross-functional partners. 


  • Writes, edits, reviews & oversees release of internal communication documents & programs that support the organization, ensuring accuracy, clarity, context & relevancy.
  • Edits & enhances internal communication materials, including intranet, newsletters, emails/memos, webcasts & all-company meeting presentations. 
  • Serves as administrator for company-wide intranet to ensure it remains up-to-date with key information for employees. 
  • Provides on-site & virtual support around internal events including but not limited to monthly All Hands, quarterly Business Performance Reviews, & additional company-wide events as needed. 
  • Ensures company voice permeates messaging to employees & stakeholders. 
  • Coordinates internal communication efforts with external communications (i.e., marketing, corporate communications, product, content, etc.) to ensure synchronization of messaging across all channels.  
  • Owns internal communications analytics, sharing results on how internal channels are performing. 
  • Assists with the development & implementation of new & existing communication vehicles. 
  • Works closely with the People team & other key internal partners to develop & carry out communications initiatives that build engagement & foster a positive, transparent culture.
  • Helps develop & manage the companys Internal Communications Calendar & messaging.


  • Bachelors degree.
  • 1-2+ years dedicated experience in internal and/or corporate communications.
  • Outstanding written & verbal communication skills, with an affinity for proofreading. 
  • Superb ability to translate complex ideas into clear, compelling messaging.
  • Solid ability to build cross-functional relationships & influence across all levels & functions.
  • Willingness to roll up your sleeves & be part of a lean & nimble team.
  • Ability to build & develop relationships with cross functional team members & partners.
  • Excellent attention to detail & deadlines.
  • The ability to be flexible, shift with the needs of the business, & perform well under pressure.
  • Willingness to work in hybrid work environment at Pelotons NY headquarters
