Job Summary
As HR Architect & Project Leader, you will provide a wide range of HR specific business strategy knowledge & execute the implementation of those strategies. CommerceHub is a fast-growing organization that values & relies heavily on People strategy so your efforts will yield benefits across the company. You will have the ability to work hands-on architecting & driving programs to completion which will have a significant impact on the business. You will work in close partnership with all the People functions including, Total Rewards, HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, & Learning & Development. You will be expected to build strong relationships with the ELT to understand their needs. This will allow you to architect People initiatives that support the business needs & help to shape & execute People strategy & initiatives. This includes areas such as organizational change management, performance management, total rewards initiatives, process automation, & Employee Retention. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Human Resources & project execution. You must excel in a fast-paced, growth environment with a remote-first organization & distributed teams.
Specific Duties
- Execute People strategies that align with business strategy, focusing on the People needs to execute on the company vision
- Drive results through initiatives including employee retention, performance management, organizational design & total rewards initiatives.
- Architect & project manage various strategic HR initiatives
- Operate as a trusted advisor
- Partner with People Team leaders to develop internal process & automation
- Partner with leaders & other members of the People Team to deliver seamless HR processes & programs across the organization
- Operate as a change agent
Job Requirements
- 6+ years of HR experience
- 4+ years of experience in a technology company
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Experience architecting & implementing major People initiatives in high growth technology companies
- Experience influencing teams & driving effective projects in a distributed team environment
- Proactive & willing to leverage data, experience & feedback to anticipate impacts of change management initiatives.
- Outstanding written & verbal communication skills
- Experience navigating federal, state, & local laws, statutes, etc. As a piece of change processes.
- Knowledge of people & compensation strategies, practices, & processes
- Ability to prepare & make executive-level presentations, & build a narrative based on collection & analysis of data
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
