Job Description

Gainsight is seeking a team oriented, highly motivated SDR Manager with 3+ years of experience in B2B sales development as an SDR Manager or individual contributor with demonstrated leadership experience.  As the team's fearless leader you will:

What You'll Do

  • Recruit, train & manage a regional SDR team responsible for inbound lead follow up & outbound prospecting into our target accounts across our Enterprise & General Markets segments.
  • Build collaborative, successful relationships with account executives & sales leaders across the US & EMEA  - their success is your success
  • Collaborate with Marketing teams to define, track, & monitor pipeline generating programs & activities. 
  • Provide coaching & on-going enablement to develop & support your team to reach their highest potential. Your expectation setting, management & mentoring over time will set them up for career success whatever path they choose. Effort, grit & results are handsomely rewarded
  • As one of our 4 pipeline generating teams, represent the SDR function at the weekly pipeline meetings - be ready to report out on campaign follow up, inbound volume, conversion plus outbound tactics & results

What We're Looking For

Required 

  • 3+ Years of B2B SaaS SDR Leader, Sales, or in another prospecting-related position. 
  • Track record of success as high performing SDR or SDR Manager
  • Proven interest & experience in peer coaching & development
  • Self-starter who can proactively identify process improvements 
  • Excellent written & verbal communication
  • Effective problem-solving; resourcefulness
  • Make Every Month is your mantra.  You are results driven & customer obsessed

Preferred 

  • Experience in mentoring, coaching, onboarding activities, data analysis 
  • Interpersonal communications; Ability to communicate with various styles of recipients
  • Flexibility to be able to work in rapidly changing, fast-paced environment
  • Competitive, self-motivated
