THE POSITION:

We are looking for an Employee Onboarding Experience Manager to help manage our global New Hire Onboarding & Orientation Program. In this role, you will be a critical part of FanDuels ongoing growth & evolution. You will work closely with the Talent Acquisition team, Learning & Development team & broader HR Group to bring strategy to life, laying the core cultural foundation for new hire success & future talent development initiatives.

THE GAME PLAN:
Everyone on our team has a part to play

  • Create, organize & run new hire onboarding program & orientation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners, designers, & facilitators on the ongoing management of a seamless Global New Hire experience
  • Integrate HR, IT, & Legal Onboarding processes & requirements into a New Hire experience that feels intuitive & seamless
  • Expedite speed to productivity for new hires with access to proper systems & tools
  • Manage the complexities of the New Hire Experience with a focus on continual improvement
  • Use people data & ongoing evaluation of program impact to keep stakeholders informed & guide future design & program improvements
  • Communicates with centralized HR team to ensure consistency of policy, practice & operations
  • Passionate about creating an inclusive culture that enables employees to be the best version of themselves
  • Delivers great service to our internal customers, prioritizes the important issues & delivers to a high standard, & on time
  • Think multiple steps ahead; prepares for potential problems & escalates issues when appropriate; & juggles competing deadlines effectively
  • Present key metrics & findings around employees & engagement to senior stakeholders across the company
  • Demonstrate client service focus & ability to build relationships successfully
  • Knowledgeable & communicates the company's benefits program plan options, features & enrollment requirements; assists employees with benefit claim administration inquiries
  • Other duties may be assigned to fulfill FanDuel Group objectives and/or job duties & requirements may be changed as needed to meet current & future business needs

THE STATS:
What we're looking for in our next teammate

  • College degree preferred or 3+ years relevant experience
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, meet deadlines, make decisions & change course of action quickly
  • You must have strong written & verbal communication, interpersonal, relationship building, consulting, teamwork & leadership skills
  • Capable of reporting on metrics & has keen understanding for data & analysis of information
  • Demonstrates client service focus & ability to build relationships across different levels, functions, & locations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment & think clearly under pressure
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, meet deadlines, make decisions & change course of action quickly
  • Strengths in cross-functional collaboration, effective communication, & continuous improvement
  • Strong problem-solving skills & a bias towards action & results
  • A track record in the successful use of design thinking
  • Technically savvy with specific experience using: Outlook, Powerpoint & HRIS
