About the role
You will oversee learning initiatives to implement repeatable & scalable tools & techniques & independently represent the team within the broader organization.
You will report to the Associate Operations Manager, Decentralized Learning.
Work Location:
This is a remote role. You must reside in one of the following states: Alabama, Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, or Washington, D.C. Pay Transparency:
The base pay for this role in the states of California, Connecticut, New Jersey, New York, & Washington is: $72,800 - $95,550 per year. The base pay for this role in all other locations is: $65,520 - $85,995 per year. You are also eligible for employee benefits, participation in Oscar's unlimited vacation program & annual performance bonuses.
Responsibilities
- Establish & sustain working relationships with Operations Managers, team leads, & frontline colleagues, influence & follow-up with business leaders to ensure action plans align with continuous improvement goals, & participate in collaboration with peers & cross-functional stakeholders.
- Implement tools & processes supporting the success of outcomes
- Evaluate daily production outcomes using continuous improvement methodologies & help build learning-based remediation plans when outcomes are not aligned to expectations
- Serve as a central communicator, promoting vision & strategy, providing feedback, raising awareness, & driving a continuous improvement mindset across the organization while demonstrating behavioral change & fostering a culture aligned with Oscar's core values.
- Participate in continuous improvement activities that drive or influence the improvement & development of a high performing production team through targeted learning programs
- Compliance with all applicable laws & regulations
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in delivering projects / programs in a Learning environment
- 1+ years of leadership accountability/experience encompassing direct reports or project teams
- 2+ years of experience using data & metrics to drive insights & improvements
- 2+ years experience with remote teams & within multiple disciplines
Bonus Points
- Bachelors degree or coursework in business, economics, or related fields
- Operational improvement/Lean Six Sigma certification - Green or advanced belt certification
- PMP Certification or Project Management Certification
- Project management software experience
- Experience working in a regulated industry
- Experience working with BPOs
