Position
As a Marketing Operations Manager reporting to Director Demand Gen/ABM you will have the opportunity to join a global & dynamic marketing team, great company with an inclusive start-up culture.

You will be responsible for building a revenue-enabling marketing engine. You will focus on building multi-channel tracking, reporting, developing further adoption of the marketing automation system, & maximizing its usage. Also, you will help build email marketing campaigns, focused on our BFS target markets & personas. 

In this the role you will work closely with the Demand Gen/Field/Marketing Ops/Product Marketing team members. This role has a big opportunity for growth for the right candidate, expanding into additional demand gen channels.
 
Responsibilities
        Eloqua marketing automation platform administration, the SFDC & WordPress integrations aimed to deliver a seamless lead management experience.
        Delivering MQLs via campaign automation, creation, implementation, & technical management of demand generation programs including building, testing, documenting, attribution, & reporting campaign results back to stakeholders.
        Building lead scoring model & supporting data architecture & making sure all is operating accurately & as expected. Proactively needs to monitor & resolve exceptions & automation errors to ensure conversion rates between MQL-SAL stages.
        Make recommendations to optimize the user experience, engagement rates, & optimize lead funnel conversion validated by rigorous testing strategies & channel expertise.
        Build reports to provide visibility into marketing campaign results & email marketing & measure campaign efficacy.
        Maintain detailed dashboards, closely monitor results for channels & campaigns, communicate insights & identify opportunities to improve marketing strategies & tactics.
        Manage & act as subject matter expert for the core marketing technology stack. Research, evaluate, recommend, & implement tools & technology that will improve performance & operational efficiency.
        Manage & maintain data quality within the marketing database, including compliance, tracking, enrichment, audience builds & regional targeting/segmentation.
        Consistently look for opportunities to either establish or improve processes across systems & teams throughout the organization.
 
Qualifications/Experience
        3-5 years of relevant experience
        3 years' experience with Oracle Eloqua, or other marketing automation platform
        2 years' experience with Salesforce.com, Einstein & automation integration, as well as WordPress integration
        HTML & CSS coding experience
        Outstanding analytical, project management, & prioritization abilities
        Ability to seek out process improvements & best practices that can be leveraged, & drive efficiency
        Management of day to day processes between SFDC, Eloqua, & other critical Martech platforms
        Wilingness to take initiative, & thrive with autonomy as well as collaboration
        Have deep understanding & passion for marketing best practices & technologies
        Be an excellent communicator; both written & oral
        BI tool experience is a plus
