Role Description

Part of Dropbox Customer Experience, our Global Support team is responsible for defining & delivering a world-class support experience to our customers & users. Were looking for experienced Program Managers who will be responsible for the overall health of the customer support chatbot by designing & implementing innovative support experiences at scale. You will partner across our global offices to identify opportunities to improve support processes based on data analysis & customer feedback. Additionally, youll be responsible for creating tailored support offerings that address our customers needs.

Responsibilities

  • Drive scaled operations by continuous process improvement, automation & data analysis to find opportunities that drive customer centric impact.
  • Establish governance & processes related to the continuous health of your area of ownership
  • Drive effective & on time projects that support your area of ownership
  • Design & implement innovative support solutions that scale globally & ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Be a champion & advocate for our Dropbox customers
  • Develop deep domain expertise & represent your area of ownership when setting business requirements, strategy & tactical execution 
  • Collaborate & influence on performance initiatives, product launches & service innovation when working with cross-functional partners

Requirements

  • You have experience working in a SAAS sales or support customer facing role partnering with technical teams (e.g. engineering, tools & dev teams)
  • You have experience working with scaled support solutions like chatbots & automation
  • You show deep understanding and passion for customer outcomes
  • Youre able to understand, interpret and communicate complex technical information in user-friendly ways
  • You plan & execute against projects in a timely & effective manner
  • You have a degree qualified in a business or technical discipline
  • You have strong communication skills (fluency in English) that enable you to interact effectively with both users & cross-functional teams
  • You constantly strive for peak efficiency & impact
  • Youre graceful & effective working in an ambiguous & changing environment
  • Familiarity with SQL is a plus
