We're currently growing our International team & continuing to bring the future of online publishing to a worldwide audience.

We are looking for a globally minded Marketing Manager to help drive & support the strategic direction & ensure smooth global operations for our in-market growth across a number of international markets. You'll work closely with the International Marketing Team & cross-functionally with the NYC-based marketing team to plan & execute the localized in-market strategy with a hyper focus on brand & community building across all marketing channels. The ideal candidate is an integrated marketer with experience across a number of marketing channels & strategies. This person will become a key HQ contact for our teams based in London, Amsterdam, & Sydney & will help navigate processes both within the marketing team as well as with stakeholders in Finance, Legal, Product, & Community.

This role is based in New York & will report to the Associate Director, International Marketing & GTM.

Youll Get To 

  • Help manage Squarespace's cultural relevance through brand marketing strategy ideation & execution in key priority markets
  • Help drive growth & influence across all KPIs: brand awareness, customer acquisition, revenue, conversion, marketing ROI, LTV, & retention
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including Media, Content, Social, CRM & Comms to ensure optimization across channels
  • Facilitate outreach & communication with our brand partners
  • Create internal presentations for all active marketing initiatives, whilst monitoring & tracking the progress & performance
  • Master the use of internal Squarespace tools for project, performance & finance management
  • Draft agreements to ensure proper usage for all brand marketing activity
  • Maintain current knowledge of local cultural trends, market media consumption patterns, & macroeconomic trends.
  • Assemble relevant, well-thought out brand marketing opportunities in response to KPIs

Who Were Looking For 

  • 5+ years of brand marketing experience across digital & traditional marketing channels
  • Understanding of localized marketing & how cultural perspectives influence in-market plans
  • Identify market trends & consumer insights applicable to each region
  • An eye for great brand partner opportunities, with the ability to stay on the pulse of culture, news, media, design, influencers, tech & trends
  • Aptitude to establish trust & maintain a collaborative spirit working cross-functionally within the organization
  • Comfortable navigating through ambiguity in a dynamic environment
  • Multilingual is a plus, but not required.
