CLEAR is hiring a Copy Director to build the brand voice & lead copy initiatives for the company across marketing, brand, & product. Were looking for someone who is a great collaborator, strategic thinker, & is enthusiastic about building & maintaining a consistent brand voice. As a Copy Director, youll report directly to the Creative Director & work on everything from concepting ideas, pitching them, & executing. This includes marketing campaigns, emails, social posts, product language guides, & so much more.


What You Will Do:

  • Responsible for the voice of the Brand, ensuring it is consistent across all platforms
  • Contribute to overall Creative team vision, roadmaps, ideation, & creative strategy
  • Write clear & concise marketing copy for our website, app, emails, social media, & print collateral while upholding CLEAR's brand voice
  • Collaborate with experienced designers, videographers, & other creatives to make brand, product, sales, & marketing materials from start to finish
  • Have a deep understanding of CLEARs products, the market, our current members, & future consumer 
  • Use customer & data insights to understand our audiences & write for them  be able to flex tone of voice easily for B2B & B2C
  • Be agile & flex with the different needs of our cross-functional partners & be able to easily juggle multiple at one time
  • Manage a team & workload so deadlines are met & the work is elevated & on point

Who You Are:

  • A skilled writer with 8+ years of copywriting & management experience (Please include a portfolio of your work in the application.) 
  • A creative, strategic thinker who can communicate & advocate for ideas across the company
  • A writer with experience creating compelling copy on a wide range of deliverablesfrom digital & social ads to product tutorials, sales materials, web pages, blog posts, & integrated campaigns
  • A writer with experience concepting & executing performance-based marketing strategies 
  • Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, manages time well, & consistently hits deadlines
  • A team player who is excited to collaborate with the Senior Creative team to refresh CLEARs brand
  • Experience with UX writing & SEO is a plus
  • Someone who is excited to join a great team & continue fostering culture & cohesiveness for creatives
