Position Summary:

As a Senior Account Executive you will be responsible for developing relationships with & closing new business opportunities with the leading brands in the online retail sector, namely those ranked in the Internet Retailer 500.  We provide a suite of SaaS solutions which enable such retailers like Sonova, Villeroy & Boch, Rituals to manage their online sales activities through sites like Amazon, Zalando & eBay as well as Google, & Bing.  The Senior Account Executives are responsible for driving revenue by managing the sales process from start to finish including prospecting, identifying & establishing relationships with key decision makers, product demonstrations, contract negotiations, & closure of deals.  This is a fantastic opportunity for a proven closer who is accustomed to a true strategic, consultative sales approach.

The Senior Account Executive will work closely with the Sales Manager & Sales Director to ensure revenue forecasts & customer acquisition targets are met or exceeded on a quarterly basis.  Overachievement is generously rewarded as our compensation plans are uncapped.

Responsibilities: 

  • Drive sales, aggressively expand the customer base, & generate new revenue from new leads & existing clients;
  • Building a self sourced pipeline to improve the book of business constantly
  • Build & maintain strong relationships with prospects;
  • Lead in-person client presentations including information discovery sessions, product demonstrations, & proposals;
  • Engage with prospects to understand their unique & specific "pain points" & produce compelling business cases to meet their needs, while delivering factual & insightful feedback to marketing, product, & customer success teams;
  • Leverage Salesforce data to construct, forecast, and, manage your own sales activity & drive pipeline to meet revenue targets & company goals;
  • Collaborate with internal product teams & provide feedback from the frontline of the business to help shape future product developments;
  • Work closely with your Manager to provide input on the growth of the business & align revenue strategies with overall company objectives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B/Enterprise software sales;
  • The ability to create strong relationships with prospects in a growth environment;
  • Experience with inside & outside sales, including inbound & outbound prospecting;
  • Passion, drive, & desire to be part of a growing team that makes a difference;
  • Exceptional communication skills;
  • Focused on self-improvement with resilience & autonomy;
  • Hubspot experience is a plus;
  • Insurance or benefits market experience is nice
