Manager, Product Marketing
We are looking for a consumer-centric, audience driven product marketer who thrives in a fast paced, agile environment to join our Marketing organization. The Manager will help support, execute, & test product market fit for a variety of new direct-to-consumer products in partnership with our New Ventures Team.
Our ideal candidate has DTC and/or subscription experience & sits at the intersection of product & growth who can support A/B testing, acquisition marketing, product development, & has channel planning expertise. This role is truly 50% creative & 50% analytical as you will need to balance creative thinking from a consumer lens with a data-driven mindset to support the execution & optimization of new customer acquisition & lifecycle marketing campaigns.
As a member of this team, you will help support strategic projects, implement testing roadmaps, work with channel leads across email, push, & product to find product market fit through ongoing testing initiatives. You will work collaboratively with a diverse group of disciplinary professionals across Product, Brand, Creative, Growth, Research, & Analytics.
What Youll Do:

Support our New Ventures team on defining & executing their product roadmaps across the travel journey.

Develop testing roadmaps that drive acquisition & adoption of our new product offerings through pilot to beta to launch.

Investigate weekly performance to understand trends & identify successes & opportunities, while also creating & delivering weekly performance reports. Maintain & evolve tracking & monitor dashboards to inform acquisition efforts.

Partner with the channel leads to develop & execute acquisition campaigns & testing roadmaps, understanding the right mix of paid vs. non-paid to optimize the product lifecycle.

Drive growth by examining the performance of each touchpoint across the entire consumer journey & identifying key marketing & product levers to unlock incremental improvements.

Lead the creative process for all campaign needs, asset requests, & creative tests.

Work with Research & Analytics to develop actionable, data-driven insights to inform product & marketing roadmaps, messaging, & optimizations.
Key Qualifications
-
5+ years of experience supporting & executing audience driven product marketing campaigns both on & off-platform.

Experience working in DTC and/or subscription environments.

You are an audience driven marketer adept at creating compelling lifecycle marketing campaigns that deliver the right message at the right time to the right user.
