Peloton is looking for a Product Marketing Specialist, Bike, who will be part of the team responsible for leading initiatives to drive awareness, conversion & retention for Peloton Bikes across our paid, owned, & earned marketing channels & product platforms! In this role, you will support & implement the go-to-market strategies for larger initiatives as well as lead some smaller strategic cross functional initiatives to help grow the Bike Business.  You will work & partner with a wide variety of teams such as Consumer Insights, Media, Brand Marketing, Product, Legal, Data Science, Creative, Sales & Revenue to help inform the strategies & go-to-market plans.

As part of the Bike team, you will help to identify, prioritize, & accelerate the growth of the Bike business & All Access Subscriptions using data to demonstrate the success of your work.

The ideal candidate is a strategic, creative & analytical problem solver, that works well with ambiguity, is ambitious to learn & develop within the Product Marketing organization, is comfortable learning about & using data to drive marketing-led growth & most importantly, makes valuable contributions to a team environment!


  • Develop a keen understanding of the customer through segmentation, competitive market analysis, surveys, interviews & product usage data
  • Support & carry out new & existing strategies to drive business performance & sustainable growth
  • Work in collaboration with the Bike team, other Product Marketing teams & cross functional partners to develop product positioning, messaging frameworks & value propositions for evergreen marketing, hardware & software product launches & seasonal marketing campaigns
  • Support & execute go-to-market strategy for new features, programs & promotions; partner with other internal Marketing teams to build cross-channel marketing plans that drive awareness & conversion
  • Leverage data & research to develop insights that influence product development, go-to-market strategy, marketing campaign activations, & pricing / promotional strategies
  • Collaborate with marketing channel owners (e.g. web, lifecycle), sales & customer experience teams to develop marketing & sales enablement materials that successfully bring your initiative to market


  • 2+ years of work experience in a related role; in product marketing, brand management, full stack marketing or strategy roles
  • Bachelors Degree required 
  • Experience in marketing in an innovative, fast-paced & customer-centric environment
  • Experience working with & collaborating with cross functional teams
  • Strong communication skills to build followership & alignment on key projects
  • Experience with using data to drive & inform key recommendations & solving business needs
  • Multi-dimensional skills, including: tactical planning, strategic execution, cross-functional relationship management, analytical & quant skills
  • Forward-thinking, organized, & meticulous
