Do you want to own relationships with the world's best brands & provide expert advice & resources to help them solve some of their toughest problems around using AI & automation? Do you have a knack for explaining technical concepts, turning data into insights & working in a fast-paced & low structured environment?

If you answer yes, you may be a great fit for our Senior Customer Success Manager. 

Our Customer Success Managers are at the core of our business. As such, you will work closely with every part of the business from Product & Engineering to Sales & Marketing. You'll also champion for our customers by working collaboratively with our Conversational Design & Solution teams. 

You'll be responsible for owning the day to day relationship with our Tier 1 customers & for guiding them to achieve their desired outcomes with our products. Once handed off from the Sales team, you'll take ownership to ensure that the customer is meeting & eventually exceeding the KPIs set at the start of the project. 

You'll also lead strategic conversations for Executive Business reviews, priming our customers for even greater success through renewals & expansion.
