Salesforce.com is the core platform used by Altos Partnerships & Provider Success teams. The Administrator will work closely with Sales & Provider Success leaders to craft, deploy & optimize new business processes; maximize efficiency within complex, fast paced workflows; & ensure data integrity within the SFDC ecosystem for clean reporting & analytics. The ideal candidate has experience developing a custom SFDC solution that spans Sales, Service, & Marketing Cloud.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Serve as primary system administrator for Salesforce.com in a high growth company where planned user growth is >200% annually
  • Act as a primary resource to develop & manage technical workflows for Sales & Success organizations
  • Offer solutions at all levels of the organization when approached with unique or new challenges
  • Handle all basic & advanced administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports & dashboards, workflow automations, & flow development
  • Complete regular internal system audits & ensure security practices are met at all times
  • Maintain Salesforce.com data feeds & integrations with third party apps
  • Manage evaluation, scope & completion of new development requests.
  • Assist in training of new users & grow the Salesforce.com skill set across the organization
  • Effectively act as the liaison between users, vendors, & application development teams
  • Work independently with members of the user community to define & document development requirements

Experience Required:

  • Minimum two years of experience as a Salesforce.com Administrator for Sales & Service Clouds
  • Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator (211) required
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I or Platform Developer II Certified preferred
  • Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder preferred
  • Proven ability to design & implement new processes & facilitate user adoption
  • Proven ability to create, customize, & manage reports & dashboards
  • Experience developing Apex Triggers & automating workflows
  • Previous experience working in a SCRUM or agile environment preferred
  • Experience working with consultant groups for large scale development projects to manage scope, timeline, & budget preferred.
