The People Analytics Specialist will build metrics & reporting capabilities to help us measure the success of our programs & the employee experience. You will manage all people-related data--from recruiting & candidate metrics through the employment life cycle. Youll be continually working toward improvement of our HR & recruiting data systems, & the maintenance & analysis of the data in those systems. Your work will ensure that were thinking about our people data accurately, holistically, & in a way that allows us to track & answer questions about the candidate & employee experience at Newsela to influence internal decision making.

You have a high attention to detail & can prioritize quality of information alongside analysis & presentation.
