It will be your job to guide the user research, design explorations, development & QA iterations, & delivery of the Fuze Mobile clients on iOS & Android, smartphones & tablets. You will report directly to our Lead Product Manager for Mobility based in NYC.

What you get to do:

  • Work with Product, Design, Engineering & customer facing teams to identify customer problems & bring new concepts into consideration
  • Collaborate with the Design UI/UX team to conduct user research, come up with design explorations, & validate viability ahead of implementation
  • Collaborate with Engineering & Design to finalize solution concepts that achieve product & user requirements; align with teams & present to senior staff
  • Make recommendations for difficult tradeoffs relating to product features, cost & schedule
  • Evangelize our mobility portfolio internally & externally
  • Maintain & prioritize the mobile apps goals, strategy & roadmap
  • Track various competitive & industry solutions that are critical to the Fuze vision
  • Influence the strategy, feature set, & product roadmap for all of Fuzes features & services across all platforms
  • Write PRDs, Specs, Decks, Prototypes & other collateral to communicate the vision, strategy, & scenarios set for the product line
  • Work with Marketing & PR to communicate the features & benefits of the Fuze mobile experiences to consumers & partners
  • Work within the Sales & Product Marketing team to ensure our mobile scenarios are being talked about across our portfolio

What youll need to be successful:

  • Self-starter, leader & motivator with high energy level
  • 3+ years of experience building tech products. Product Management experience with direct product ownership or/and Mobile experience is a plus
  • Looking for a smart chameleon with the ability to persuade & handle roadblocks
  • Understanding of the technical architecture of web, mobile, & communication products
  • Experience designing user interfaces ability to create examples through wireframes & mockups
  • Propensity to question, explore, challenge, & build
  • Experience working cross-functionally with sales, sales engineering, operations, & product development teams
  • Work history owning product initiatives from requirements to deployed functionality
  • Demonstrated skills in developing product roadmaps & functional specifications, launching new products, developing go to market strategies, conducting customer research & facilitating user testing
  • Excellent organizational, presentation & writing skills & ability to successfully interact across functions (at all levels) of an organization & with customers
  • Data-informed, knows how to look at user data & metrics to make the best decisions for the product
  • Strong analytical skills. Exceptional attention to detail. Our products & plans are backed by rigorous quantitative & qualitative analysis of market data, user research, & customer feedback
  • BA/BS in Computer Science or a related technical field is required (or demonstrate technical capabilities with job experience)
