About the Role
The Senior HRIS Analyst is a professional position within the HRIS organization. The primary focus of this role is the day-to-day/front-line support of all Fanatics Human Capital Management systems (payroll, time keeping, application tracking systems, performance management, learning management, etc.).
The successful candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, the ability to communicate effectively to a diverse customer base, a keen attention to detail, & the desire to deliver high quality results that balance business needs & system functionality.
