What were looking for

Were searching for an exceptional individual to join our team as a Housekeeping Supervisor. This person is a hard-working individual who will embody our values while maintaining the supreme cleanliness of our homes. This person will work closely with the local management team & provide mentorship to their colleagues.

What youll do

  • Assist in hiring, training, & supervising all housekeeping staff, ensuring that work is completed according to company procedures & policy
  • Maintain up-to-date owners' files on each unit, recording, typing of clean & date, unit inventories, arrival inspection checks, & inventory charges
  • Organize work assignments for all cleaning attendants & quality assurance inspections on a daily basis & perform checks to ensure quality standards are met
  • Ensure housekeeping supplies are adequately stocked & available for cleaning purposes
  • Maintain & safeguard against misuse or theft
  • Instruct employees on the dangers of warnings associated with chemical use & instructions on proper use
  • Maintain inventory records for all supplies purchased
  • Perform unit quality assurance inspections as required
  • Perform cleaning attendant duties as required
  • Conduct semi-annual unit inventories & semi-annual deep cleanings per rental management contract. Responsible for purchasing needed inventory items for rental units
  • Keep carts, linen room & equipment neat & orderly & assist in the performance of monthly linen inventories
  • Prepare incident reports following proper company procedures
  • Prepare payroll for employees in housekeeping department
  • Other responsibilities as assigned - because every day looks different

Skills you'll need

  • 1-2 years supervisory experience strongly preferred
  • Must have valid driver's license
  • Weekend availability
  • Experience in all aspects of general housekeeping & deep cleaning
  • Effective verbal & written communication skills
  • Internet access & comfortable using a computer
  • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds


  • $18-$20 per hour
