A CX Global Social Media Manager will manage & define our global strategy on social channels regarding customer support, set KPIs & deliver clear results & customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate for this position is passionate about digital engagement & has prior experience managing a community - both written & visual.
She/He will also be responsible for ensuring that all content on social channels is aligned with our brand values, business priorities, platform needs, & stakeholders.
The ideal candidate must be agile, creative, disciplined & highly motivated to deliver the best for our clients.
A CX Global Social Media Manager at Gympass is responsible for:

- Works with the Marketing & other areas to understand, shape & implement a cross-collaborative social strategy for customer support;
- Forge strong relationships with clients & be the primary point of contact for our customers through our social channels;
- Implements social media strategy & best practices across various platforms & social communities (including LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, & others);
- Leads Gympass social media engagement strategy by doing great customer support thru social channels;
- Integrates with advertising campaigns & marketing social strategies;
- Nurtures relationships with key brand stakeholders;
- Spots opportunities to engage in relevant social conversations when our clients are seeking for help;
- Develops top-line reports on our social media performance;
- Deliver the best rate in class for Reclame Aqui;

- 5+ years of proven work experience as a social media manager/coordinator or similar role
- Strong copywriting skills
- Bachelors Degree.
- Fluency in written & spoken English
- Experience planning & leading community initiatives
- Passion for digital marketing engagement, social media strategies & understanding the needs our customers to meet their goals
- Creative problem solver who can influence others via written & verbal communication
- Ability to articulate new ideas & influence others to gain support
