Description
Neverware is looking for an Enterprise Sales Executive to join our team. You have an entrepreneurial spirit & are motivated by developing a sales strategy, executing in a new market & building out your business. We want someone who is capable of taking existing successes & replicating them in the Enterprise/Corporate space, generating new recurring revenue month over month & increasing the overall deal value. You are excited about the opportunity to join an early stage technology company & have a meaningful impact on its future & direction.

What You Will Do
Neverware's most significant long term opportunity lies in the burgeoning Enterprise/Corporate market. The media attention & excitement around CloudReady has generated hundreds of inbound corporate leads all in coordination with an ongoing & meaningful Google partnership. You will capitalize on the early growth opportunities in the market & pursue a bold growth strategy. You will own the entire Enterprise sales cycle domestically & internationally, telling the CloudReady story & delivering on the realistic targets you help establish in order to expand Neverware's brand & business. You are a key partner, developing & establishing Neverware's brand in the market that is crucial for the company's longevity & success.

Responsibilities
Set, manage & own projections for worldwide Enterprise sales
Collaborate to co-create targets with Neverware's CEO
Evangelize the CloudReady value proposition through webinars, conferences & trade shows. Be the best at telling the CloudReady story & explaining the value it delivers to clients
Coordinate & strategize with Director of Marketing on all relevant conferences, events, media & collateral & Director of Demand Generation on all relevant outreach campaigns & digital advertising

Required Skills & Experience
Experience using Salesforce.com
An upbeat, goal-oriented personality with excellent written & oral communication skills
Highly developed, strategic sales skills
Excellent teaming abilities (you'll be collaborating with company executives, sales operations, marketing, support, product & external partners on a regular basis)

Preferred Experience
Track record of regularly beating quota & being a top performer on a sales team
Selling cutting-edge technology products to IT professionals

Compensation
OTE of $220,000 with uncapped commission plan
