The Senior Manager, Digital Trust Partnerships will play a foundational role in expanding the adoption of CLEARs Digital Identity solutions across a network of digital partners. This individual will need to build external relationships & drive cross-functional internal teams, & put structure to complex, cutting edge problems. Were looking for a customer-centric, metrics driven self-starter obsessed with the art of the possible & relentless execution to join us in driving the impact of our platform.
What You Will Do:
- Identify & build proactive pipeline of net new partnership opportunities for CLEAR that will be transformative for CLEARs growth trajectory & unlock revolutionary experiences for consumers
- Deeply understand nuances of CLEARs product as well as potential partners challenges & needs, framing CLEARs value proposition in the most impactful ways for key partner stakeholders across business, product, & other functions
- Manage relationships at the most senior levels of partner companies & lead complex deal negotiations aimed at establishing the foundation for a strong working relationship with our partners, including sustainable economics for both parties
- Support the broader team with marquee partnership deals & new vertical strategy (including market fit analysis, industry research, collateral management, & more)
- Work with Product, Program & Engineering to appropriately manage execution timelines & resourcing to ensure successful partnership implementation, including informing our product roadmap in a way that drives continuous topline growth & deeper engagement & utilization
Who You Are:
- 5-7+ years professional experience including business development, sales and/or strategic partnerships, ideally with prior experience at a market-leading organization with a focus on innovation & growth
- Dexterity interfacing with a complex array of stakeholders at partner companies across functions including c-suite, product, technology, privacy, security, marketing & finance
- A self-starter with a strong sense of urgency whos excited to experience a start-up in hyper-growth
- Sense of humility & a desire to roll up your sleeves
- Mission-centric, fast learner who can quickly get up to speed on identity-related products & problems, as well as technical concepts like SDK & API integrations
- Experience project managing & being the point of contact to business
- Prior experience (2-3 years) in banking and/or consulting a plus
- B.S. or B.A. or equivalent experience
