About the Role
In order to maintain the highest standards for support & client success across the industry, we rely on a team of dedicated, passionate, empathetic, success-driven Client Support Associates. Due to high demand during the months of January, February & March, we're looking for outstanding Client Support Associates to add to our team. Our Client Support Associates must be able to understand client concerns, discover why the client has a particular need & quickly problem solve to find the best solutions available.
This role mainly includes supporting the CQ Roll Call product family, though it can also entail supporting other FiscalNote products.
Support clients over the phone to address their issues & answer support emails/tickets
Write supportive documentation for both clients & internal stakeholders
Interface with Product & Engineering teams to meet user needs
A 4-year college degree or equivalent experience
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Working knowledge with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) & Google Suite applications
1-2 years experience in technology-related customer service
1-2 years experience in any profession that involves training or teaching
Experience in a B2B/SaaS environment
Experience using Zendesk or similar customer support/ticket system
Excellent clarity in all types of communication including professional telephone & e-mail etiquette
Excellent time management
Independent, startup mentality
Proactive at resolving issues & with high energy & technical acumen
Track record of maintaining outstanding customer satisfaction & customer service
Passion for government processes, civic engagement & big data
