Job Description

The Role

Operate as the first line coach” for a team of field Account Executives (AE's). AE's are responsible for generating new & expansion business with midmarket & enterprise companies across all verticals.

Be close to the team, close to the deals & close to the process in order provide clear, concise & positive coaching as well as strategy that comes from your experience.

Operate as an Executive Sponsor” in key opportunities in your region.

The major objective is to over achieve against the assigned quota through a mix of new business, customer expansions & professional services.

Know, understand & interpret KPI's to propel the business forward with a mind towards deal velocity

Key Attributes for success

You have managed a team of senior, remote SaaS software salespeople

You have managed multiple complex sales cycle simultaneously.

You have managed critical partner relationships with both SI's & ISV's

You understand critical KPI's for pipeline & quota attainment

You pride yourself on preparation, attention to detail & forecast accuracy

You thrive on execution via a prescribed process

You have experience with a modern sales tech stack” including, Outreach & ABM solutions or techniques.

You seek to be coach rather than manage & to be coached rather than managed.

You have a proven track record of success working in a team environment, meaning you coordinate sales & executive resources while working cross-functionally internally & externally

You can & will actively seek to involve leadership in the execution of strategic/larger opportunities.


Ideal Background

You have been in B2B technology sales management for 5+ years with significant experience in a complex, executive sale & a track record of over-achievement against the assigned quota of your team(s).

Think & operate strategically & tactically without daily direction from a manager

You have an entrepreneurial spirit

You thrive in a remote work environment (however you are close to a major airport so you can easily meet prospects in person)

You compete to win but are smart enough to exit a losing situation

You love to be part of a team & can operate as both the coach & player to ensure that you have the right resources & best plays to win

You have had experience in a high-growth, fast-paced start-up which will enable you to quickly learn the Jitterbit sales methodology ( GrowthManagement & MEDDIC ) & follow a loosely structured on-boarding plan. Your first task will be a combination of learning the sales process, product positioning & value proposition as well as a high-level understanding of Jitterbit technology.

You are naturally inquisitive & seek to work in an organization where mutual respect is critical to success.

You hold a 4 year college degree or similar, demonstrable life skills
