Job Description

The Technical Escalations support will directly interact with the Operations, product management & the core development teams. Main responsibilities will include providing platform/production support to internal as well as external stakeholders. He / She should be able to resolve issues faced by clients, which includes verifying & analyzing data, isolating & diagnosing the problem, providing root cause analysis, setting client expectations & follow-ups. He / She should be able to coordinate with Customer, Product & Engineering teams in identifying, reporting & resolving product issues.

Qualifications

Educational Qualification should be B.E./B. Tech
