Retail Facilities Associate Manager

Warby Parker is searching for an organized, hardworking Associate Manager of Retail Facilities whos experienced in managing multi-unit retail locations. On an average day, this individual will respond to facility requests, track budgets, inspect the quality of work by third-party vendors, & maintain regular communication with stores & Retail field leadership. What youll do:

  • Respond to all of the Retail teams requests & ensure smooth, safe store operations across all locations 
  • Manage the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Software) ServiceChannel, including receiving work requests, assigning work orders, entering system data, providing the overall system administration, & staying up-to-date with new functionalities & system enhancements
  • Communicate & coordinate schedules for store operations & vendors
  • Identify root causes for ongoing issues to prevent reoccurrence
  • Lead all aspects of project implementation, as well as communication with external contacts
  • Represent the Retail Facilities in interdepartmental meetings to help streamline communication & action between departments
  • Coordinate all Facilities activities, work direction, & support systems
  • Prepare & maintain RFPs, bid information, & other contract documentsplus internal bill backs & documents for Facilities-supported events
  • Provide administrative support by maintaining & organizing the department's central files & information as well as locating parts, supplies, & materials for team members

Who you are:

  • Backed by at least fours year of relevant work experience
  • Experienced in operating ServiceChannel
  • A self-starter who is detail-oriented & metrics-driven
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • A proactive worker with strong organizational, follow-up, & time management skills
  • Able to predict trends & react (with lightning speed!)
  • Someone who embraces & enjoys change
  • An overall energetic individual who loves interacting with people
