About the Role

The Demand Generation Campaign Specialistwill drive the development & execution of B2B demand generation strategies & programs that educate, inform, engage & create demand for the OneTrust platform in collaboration with internal & external stakeholders. The ideal candidate has experience managing multiple multichannel campaigns targeting specific personas. Experience marketing to privacy professionals and/or IT leaders a plus. You will wear many hats in this role & the ability to manage multiple programs is required to be successful.

What you'll do:

  • Develop fully integrated, multi-channel campaigns (digital advertising, SEM, email, webinars, industry partnerships, etc.) that meet business goals
  • Partner with product marketing, public relations, event managers & other internal teams to create & execute full-funnel campaigns that drive leads & opportunities to sales
  • Understand & articulate the buyer's journey (as well as the influencers journey) in the context of campaigns
  • Own end-to-end strategy, execution & ongoing management of global campaigns, including: campaign planning, creative & copy, campaign setup, A/B testing, & campaign measurement
  • Active measurement of key performance indicators, contribution to sales pipeline, development of ongoing reporting cadence & performance overview dashboards
  • Ongoing implementation of optimizations & recommendations based on performance metrics & market response
  • Collaborate with internal teams on content, web, regional marketing, events & design concepts that directly influence campaign components & performance
  • Work hand-in-hand with the product marketing team on go to market strategy & opportunities for new campaigns & optimizations
  • Partner with the regional marketing team to support effective campaigns across all tier 1 languages & key regions
  • Evaluate relevant publications, industry organizations, competitor marketing/positioning & thought leaders among target segments & implement adjustments as needed

What we're looking for:

  • 3+ years marketing experience (SaaS preferred) with strong campaign or integrated marketing experience
  • Experience owning end-to-end execution of campaigns: ideating, building, monitoring, optimizing, & measuring campaigns
  • Experience with multi-channel campaigns required
  • Conversational experience in managing ppc, paid social independently or with an agency required
  • Experience in Salesforce, Eloqua or other marketing automation platform required
  • Quick learner with ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment
  • Strong organizational skills with clear attention to detail
  • Experience collaborating across multiple internal teams & departments & building effective relationships
  • Experience working with media publications, industry or non-profit partnerships highly desired but not required
  • Worked with OneTrust for at least one full year
  • Worked in current position for at least six months
  • Meeting or exceeding performance expectations in current position
  • Ineligible if there are performance concerns within the last three months
