Pager is hiring a Care Coordinator to help navigate patients through the complex healthcare ecosystem in a professional & warm manner. Care Coordinators are key players in daily operations at Pager. The ideal candidate for this role enjoys partnering with nurses & providers to offer creative solutions to health care needs in an always moving & fast-paced virtual patient setting. A key aspect of this role will be written communication through live chat with an empathetic human touch, so we are looking for an experienced service-minded professional.


  • Provide concierge care support via live messaging, phone, & email
  • Ensure the highest quality customer service
  • Troubleshoot real time technology needs
  • Collaborate with clinicians to provide a seamless patient experience
  • Coordinate provider appointments & procedures
  • Pilot new initiatives & projects


  • 2+ years of experience in customer or patient facing service role
  • Strong writing skills
  • Tech-savvy
  • Knowledge of medical terminology, processes, & the outpatient ecosystem
  • Experience working in inpatient or outpatient settings is a plus
  • Enjoy helping others & eager to challenge the status quo of traditional healthcare
  • Zest for problem solving, seeking answers, & trying new things
  • Kind, empathetic, & possesses a strong social perceptiveness
  • Positive team player
  • Outstanding multitasking skills
  • Flexible & fast learner, comfortable in a changing environment


  • Shifts available: Full time position
    • 5 shifts a week
    • Includes every other weekend
  • Command Center service hours are 24/7
  • Shifts available:
    • 4pm-12:30am
    • 12am-8:30am
  • Eligible for overtime & shift differential
