Our in-house Driver Service Centers, where drivers will get high quality, affordable maintenance & repair with lightning speed will build quickly. As a Process Engineer you will report into our Senior Operations Repair Manager. You will be an essential part to produce repair processes in our growing Driver Service Centers.


  • Produce technical repair processes for Lyft Service Centers in accordance with Manufacturer Guidelines
  • Maintain & create repair procedures in accordance with Manufacturer Guidelines
  • Produce Technical Documentation
  • Follows up with the factory & distributors regarding updates, technical bulletins, service bulletins
  • Prepare & issue Technical Documentation to Lyft Service Centers
  • Responsible for OEM & Lyft system integration on Repair Procedures/bulletins/Process
  • Prepare & issue list of equipment & tooling to perform Repair Procedures
  • Maintains CSI at or above Company standards
  • Maintains an organized, clean & safe work area
  • Observes all Federal, State, Local & Company safety rules & regulations in the performance of duties
  • Other duties as assigned


  • Degree in a quantitative field statistics, economics, applied math, operations research or engineering OR 6+ years of experience in the automotive industry
  • Experience with automotive repair systems strongly preferred
  • Experience with automotive parts (identification, inspection, classification of component groups, etc.)strongly preferred
  • Automotive vehicle knowledge, regarding repair procedures, methods, & equipmentstrongly preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
