This role is well suited to someone with experience in a high-growth environment, data informed recruitment approach as well as a healthy appetite for experimentation & innovation. Success in this role includes partnering with Hiring Managers in a consultative capacity, creatively sourcing top-tier candidates, & exceeding our quarterly growth targets. Youre a key resource to evangelize & enhance our talent brand and, in this capacity, you will act as an ambassador for Ritual at career fairs, industry events, conferences, meetups, & more.
- Held build out teams such as Expansion, Engineering, Product, Operations & more. This will include recruiting in North America, APAC & EMEA (including limited off-hours work) as well as supporting other teams as needed
- Perform intake meetings with Hiring Managers, then use that info to create carefully constructed interview processes & well written job postings
- Utilize a diverse range of sources in order to connect with passive candidates & cultivate long term relationships
- Perform initial screening calls with candidates to qualify them for open roles & schedule follow-up interviews in a timely fashion
- Attend daily team & hiring stand-ups to provide status updates, collect feedback & keep things moving at a healthy pace
- Be annoyingly organized including mastery of tools like Greenhouse (or another ATS), Google Calendar & spreadsheets
- Access & interpret data associated with your activities in order to inform how you iterate & adjust your approach
- Successfully built out communication cadences with Hiring Managers & leadership teams including weekly recaps of recruitment activities as well as more in-depth monthly/quarterly updates
- Hired at a range of seniority levels & bring no ego when taking on a new req
- Well-honed strategies for dealing with ambiguity, ever-changing requirements & competing priorities
