The Field Marketing Specialist will assist in executing & implementing regional & national field marketing programs. With a focus on events & experiential marketing, this person will plan & execute marketing programs which target prospective & current customers. Reporting to our Head of Field Marketing North America, this role will require strong collaboration with sales, partner marketing & demand generation. The successful candidate must be comfortable working in a fast-paced & data-driven environment.
Work cross-functionally with the Sales, Customer Success, SDR, Marketing, & Partnerships teams to support targeted regional & national marketing programs (field events, executive programs, tradeshows, email, direct mail, digital advertising, industry associations, etc.) to drive revenue growth.
Assist with the planning, coordination, & execution of North America Field Marketing Programs as well as important program elements, including research, vendor management, budget, messaging, reporting & follow-up.
Assist with forecasting, measurement, & tracking the impact of field marketing programs on sales cycles that show the effectiveness of marketing spend on leads & pipeline per region.
Help manage the North America marketing programs calendar & communication, including corporate, customer & partner programs as appropriate.
Work with the Marketing Operations team on data entry, list management, & reporting.
Undergraduate or graduate degree in marketing, business or related field.
3+ years of experience in event planning/execution or field marketing.
Willingness to travel to various locations for events; up to 30%, including some weekends.
Experience working on events & budgeting with proven success in the execution of successful events.
Experience with and/or comfortable learning marketing automation (Marketo), CRM (Salesforce.com), project management tools (Jira), & important marketing tools (Contentful), GSuite.
Excellent project management & organizational skills with focused attention to detail
Self-motivated & results-oriented, strong analytical & communication skills, a natural team player.
