We are looking for someone to step in & be a strong project manager, mentor & leader, & is expected to work collaboratively across WePay & Chase to institute & support current & upcoming products, policies, services, & initiatives. The role will require someone who is hands-on & dig into the technical challenges but also be able to step back & think strategically. Shift beyond the traditional role of value protection toward more of value creation, by proactively, predicting issues before they become problems & make value-enhancing course corrections as needed
