Today, the average technology company is in existence for more than 12 years before going public. During that period, they need both primary financing & secondary liquidity to grow their companies & retain employees. In February, Forge launched Forge Company  
Solutions (FCS) a comprehensive suite of technology financing solutions for private, high-growth companies. FCS enables unicorn companies to design and manage primary financings, tailored liquidity programs including executive liquidity, company-sponsored employee liquidity with cashless exercise, & direct listings.  Through FCS, private companies maintain control of the offering, deciding how much equity employees can sell & when and, importantly, who is allowed to invest. Combined with Forge's ability to access capital on the behalf of companies, Forge is helping companies stay private longer and control their destinies. The need for robust technology solutions & services to help companies stay private longer has never been greater, & Forge is seeking a strong & proven Senior Director to lead the sales effort.  
The role: 
Reporting to the Head of Company Solutions, the Senior Director of Sales role is in charge of signing up new private market companies for the FCS solution to meet targeted revenue objectives and for managing these customer relationships on an ongoing basis. In this ground floor opportunity, you will work directly with issuers (private companies) to understand their needs & objectives and then recommend tailored liquidity programs which leverage our FCS technology. Delivery of liquidity programs will entail working closely with our operations & legal teams as well as other key stakeholders. This role will include an opportunity to recruit & develop a team of account executives.
