As Sales Process Manager, you will lead the sales process for the entire network offer, starting with the sales opening & circulations opening process. We are looking for someone who has the grit & motivation to join the entrepreneurial adventure.

Your mission is to ensure transversally that all stakeholders in the process have the right level of information to secure the sale & data quality.

What you will directly contribute to

  • Concerning Sales opening process:
    • Coordinating the commercial offer in the sales system
    • Guaranteing the quality of the data
    • Conveying all Information concerning the network offer to be configured to teams in charge of the inventory management.
  • Concerning Circulation opening process:
    • Coordinating the launch of circulations with numerous stakeholders
    • Managing channel crossings booking (France<>UK)
  • Setting up the KPIs to sterr your activity
  • Improving existing processes & tools
  • Managing a team of 3 sales & process & tools
Qualifications

What you will need to be successful

5+ years of experience in management consulting or Transport industry with a focus on process & business transformation

Strong verbal & written communication skills

Ability to adapt one's communication according to stakeholders

Analytical & process-oriented mindset

Managerial abilities : leadership, interpersonal skills, team development

Proficiency in using Microsoft Office & ideally a sales management system

Fluent in French & English
