THE POSITION:

We are looking for a Digital Operations Associate to join the Commercial Business & Operations team to drive execution of marketing, business development & operational functions with internal stakeholders & external partners. This role will report to the Manager of Business Operations.

THE GAME PLAN:
Everyone on our team has a part to play

  • Responsible for creating, managing, & publishing content on FanDuel digital platforms
  • Regularly monitoring & auditing of our platform content to ensure team KPIs on accuracy & precision are met or exceeded
  • Own creation, QA, & fulfillment of user facing Marketing promotions
  • Troubleshooting & triaging any promotion related issues associated with promotions created by the team
  • Contribute to improving the quality & efficiency of internal Digital Operations processes by finding efficiency gains & reviewing & refining recurring processes.
  • Developing featured & suggested wagers for the FanDuel Sportsbook
  • Act as a primary source of knowledge on the customer experience & provide feedback to partner teams across Marketing, Product, Risk & Trading, & Commercial\

THE STATS:
What we're looking for in our next teammate

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a content or digital merchandising role preferred
  • Methodical planner & high attention to detail
  • Creative thinker & problem solver
  • Driven by a desire to create a world class customer experience
  • Ability to write clearly & concisely within defined parameters
  • Experience with Photoshop or graphics editing software preferred
  • Ability to build & maintain strong internal relationships
  • Ability to work under pressure & on own initiative
  • Ability to effectively prioritize
  • Proficient in developing compelling propositions that clearly communicate value via written content & creative
  • Baseline understanding of key events on sporting calendar
  • General sports betting & gaming knowledge a plus
