Exabeam is looking for a Customer Success Gainsight (or Clarizen) Systems Administrator to configure, monitor & maintain our critical technical environments.  The Systems Administrator will oversee the daily monitoring & maintenance of Customer Success tools, with a focus on system performance, stability, data integrity & system hygiene. The Systems Administrator will also work closely with our business teams to understand their critical business requirements & collaboratively deploy solutions in those systems. This highly visible role will require extensive interaction & collaboration across various organizations & will take on mission critical projects that support our Customer Success & Professional Services delivery teams. We're seeking a self-starter who is comfortable working across multiple teams, often within tight deadlines & will report into the Sr. Director, Customer Success Operations. Exabeam will consider remote candidates located on the US West Coast.
