We're looking to hire a Technical Support Engineer who will provide technical assistance, troubleshoot & resolve customer problems, interface with engineering on various product issues, & contribute to projects revolving around tools, knowledge management, our growing market place of solutions, & more. This is a hybrid-remote role that will report to our new Plano, TX location at least 2x per week.
