We're looking for an experienced data analyst to join Pond5, the world's most accessible marketplace of media assets video creators need to tell stories, share knowledge, & inspire audiences. You will be reporting to Pond5's Director of Data Science & will serve as a key member of the Data Science team, responsible primarily for improving search relevance & ranking algorithms & making it easy for customers to discover the right footage, music, or other media types from our vast collections. You will bring further transparency to our key area of focus - search relevance - by identifying & reporting on key performance indicators, isolating positive & negative trends, & developing evidence-backed insights that can guide decisions. Ultimately, you will be instrumental in shaping the search roadmap for the company.
