What youll be responsible for:

The Financial Partnerships team is responsible for enabling Circles payments & treasury capabilities  through strategic partnerships with financial institutions & payment service providers. In this role, you will be required to identify & evaluate partner prospects globally, onboard selected partners through cross functional engagement & manage the partnerships to desired outcomes. You will also be responsible for ongoing partner management & ensuring that the team delivers outstanding solutions for the organization through key partnerships.

What you'll work on:

  • Help develop a partner pipeline by identifying & vetting partner prospects. 
  • Communicate business requirements & the value of working together to potential partners.
  • Work with senior leadership to build out a team to support partners.
  • Drive partner evaluation across commercial, functional & technical capabilities by working with the appropriate cross functional teams.
  • Ensure successful partner onboarding by working with the appropriate teams across the organization.
  • Maintain & deepen relationships with existing partners.  
  • Monitor partner performance & provide feedback to management.
  • Be a problem solver to ensure successful outcomes across the partnership.

What you'll bring to Circle:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, economics or related field.
  • 10 + years of progressively responsible positions in Strategic Partner Management, Product Management, Product Marketing, Business Development or other strategic roles.
  • Demonstrated experience working with customers/partners.
  • Demonstrated experience working cross functionally to achieve required outcomes.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities & use good judgement to establish priorities on the fly.
  • Extremely organized with demonstrated ability to work with & influence internal & external customers to achieve organizational objectives.
  • Ability to build new processes & workflows as needed. 
  • Self-motivated & creative problem-solver.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite, Slack & Apple MacOS preferred.
