ABOUT THE ROLE

Pelotons Content Department, comprised of our Production, Studio Operations & Instructor teams, works 365 days a year to deliver a broad offering of highly engaging subscription content to our members. We are a highly collaborative, fast-moving department that focuses on evolving our innovative programming.

YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON

  • Partner with Content Research to analyze Modality Programming performance; suggest pivots to meet or exceed viewer engagement
    • Determine target audiences for programming
    • Review day & time for airing by modality
    • Develop consistent Programming KPIs
    • Promotional Strategy, including Social Captures & Support.

  • Leads the build of Programming Recurring Schedule bi-annually with Programming Manager:
    • Sets Monthly or recurring targets to ensure proper programming mix.
    • Regularly reviews Instructor programming preferences when building recurring schedules
    • Responsible for reviewing monthly modality programming schedules; reviewing & approving day to day changes to support Programming Managers
  • Works closely with Executive Producer of assigned modalities for navigating inbounds & providing regularly feedback for new content in development [to enter pitch process]

  • Programming Lead Assignments:
    • Main Point of Contact & Mentor for Programming Manager Leading cross discipline series/projects.
    • Leads & Manages major, cross discipline series/projects.
    • Manages new, high profile, cross discipline partnerships.
  • Collaborates with Sr. Programming Directors to collect Instructor Opt-In & Communicate Instructor Casting when determined.
  • Basic understanding of Media Asset Management
    • Assist with Content mapping on the various Peloton platforms
    • Monitor localization workflows

YOU BRING TO PELOTON

  • Desire to work in fast paced production environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Willingness to wear multiple hats to get the job done. 
  • Experience working with live production and/or specialty shoots
  • Keen business sense with problem solving skills.
  • Strong organizational skills & ability to multi-task.
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills.
  • Razor sharp attention to detail.
  • Flexible work schedule
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite & Google Applications. 
  • Experience: 5+ Years Management //8+ Years in Production?
